If, for any reason you would like to return your order you may do so within 30 days from receiving your goods for either an exchange or refund.You also have the right to cancel within seven working days for all goods.

Please note we are only able to offer Returns and Exchanges for goods purchased directly from this website.

To make a return simply follow the below steps:

1. If you are able to, fill in your returns form and use the reurns address label
2. Pop to your local post office and send it in the post
3. Please obtain your post office receipt, as this is your proof that will cover you if your parcel is lost
4. We will process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks for an exchange. Return costs will not be refunded..

Returns:

To return any item, we ask the item is returned within 30 days for a full refund and in the same condition as received and unused.

Any promotional product or free gift that orders received will not have to be returned with returns or exchanges.

Please Note When a consumer cancels within the cancellation period, the cancellation is un-conditional , which is usually via letter or e-mail. Cancellation also includes any postage costs incurred by the Consumer. After the 7 workings days a consumer can then use their statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. In either case the consumer would be expected to pay for the goods to be returned back to you. Although this is not the case if the item is faulty or mis-described
