Returns Policy

If, for any reason you would like to return your order you may do so within 14 days for either an exchange or refund.

To make a return simply follow the below steps:

1. Fill in your returns form
2. Pop to your local post office and send it in the post
3. Please obtain your post office receipt, as this is your proof that will cover you if your parcel is lost
4. We will process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks for an exchange

Conditions of Returns:

To return any item, we ask the item is returned no later than 14 days unused and the item(s) are returned in the same condition as received.

Any promotional product or free gift that orders received will not have to be returned with returns or exchanges.

Refunds will be made in the same method as we received the payment. Please note that all postage costs are not refunded.
