Returns

Items can be returned with the exception of sale items within 28 days of purchase. Please note we can only arrange refunds on items bought directly from House of Paws.

House of Paws will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage.

We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty or you have received an incorrect product.

How to return an item

If, for any reason you would like to return a House of Paws order, you can send it back unused in the original packaging within 28 days from date of purchase for a refund.

Returning Goods-Follow these steps;

1)  Please repackage your goods and enclose the sales order paperwork, or your name and address details, with the item(s).

2) Return your parcel via the Post Office. Please ensure you retain the proof of posting. You are recommended for the goods until we receive these back.

Conditions of Returns

To return any item, we ask the item is returned no later than 28 days from your date of purchase unused and the item(s) are returned in the same condition as received. We are unable to accept the below returns:

  • Any item requested for return outside the 28 day timeframe
  • Items that have been used/ worn

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt to the original card used. We will refund the purchase price.

Please note: processing timelines are dependent on your bank. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including the relevant taxes.

How to cancel an order

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2013 provide you with a right to cancel your contract within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

Where goods have already been despatched, they must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging to the return address shown below. Upon receipt of the goods as described, House of Paws will refund the purchaser with the purchase price. House of Paws will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage.

Damaged Goods

We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please email customerservice@houseofpaws.co.uk describing the fault if you are able to or call 0800 9151918.

We check all products returned to us. We strongly advise that you check the product before returning it to us. 

We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty or you have received an incorrect product.
